CollectorLens runs entirely in your browser. It has no backend server, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not collect, sell or transfer your personal data to us or to anyone else.
On eBay comic listings, CollectorLens:

never nag you again. It never leaves your browser and is never transmitted. You can clear it any

The extension requests access to https://www.ebay.com/* only — solely to read the listing
you are viewing and to query eBay’s own public sold-listings. No other sites are accessed, and no
API permissions (such as history, tabs or remote storage) are requested.
CollectorLens’ use of information received from Chrome and from eBay pages complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data the extension reads is used only to provide the single user-facing purpose described above (showing comic-value context on the listing). It is not sold, not transferred to third parties, and not used for advertising or any unrelated purpose.

Because the extension works locally and sends no personal data to us, we do not process personal data about your use of the extension. This information website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., a Microsoft company); like any web host it may process technical access data such as your IP address in server logs — see the GitHub Privacy Statement.
